Jesus spoke the words, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (Matthew 28:18-20). When He did this, He gave the marching orders for His disciples for all generations. We believe that this command applies to us in the Golden Church of Christ and that each of us should be actively involved in the teaching of God’s Word. We believe that it is imperative to know and obey God’s plan of salvation as taught in the Scriptures (click here to go to a Internet Bible study of this subject) if we are to receive the blessings of God in this life and the one to come.

Within the membership of the Golden church, an E-Team (Evangelism Team) has been formed to help us carry out this mission. Tthe members of the E-Team have volunteered their time and talent to conduct Bible studies with anyone who is interested in knowing more about God’s Will. If you would like to study with someone in person, over the phone or by email, click here to let your wishes be known.

The E-Team has also accepted the responsibility of providing encouragement toward spiritual growth of those who become new Christians. Again, volunteers are available to study with new Christians as they begin their walk with Jesus. New Christians are encouraged to become involved in one of the many ministries of the church.
